It is through our differences that we find strength.

In 2021, I had the one-of-a-kind opportunity to help Meijer rewrite their Diversity & Inclusion mission statement. The thing is, I knew that my voice alone wouldn't be enough. I could only paint a small part of this picture. In order to construct a canvas worthy of the world, I needed to hear from perspectives I'd never heard before.

I was lucky enough to get the chance to meet the people that made Meijer such a special place and ask them about their journey.
